Den här såsen hör till kycklingen. Den är mycket stark och god, men inget för veklingar och vitlökshatare.

2 stora vitlöksklyftor
salt
citron
ca 1 dl olja

Pressa vitlöken i en skål. Tillsätt salt och rör den med vitlöken. Droppa olja och rör hela tiden. Det blir en majonäsliknande sås. Tillsätt lite citron på slutet.
