Cheddar med Cumberlandsås

Till julen hör cheddarost. Gärna en whiskeycheddar. När vi bodde i England åt vi ibland Ploughman´s lunch, en publunch med plockmat på en talrik. På den fanns det bland annat cheddarost och en klick cumberlandsås. Jättegott som det är på talrik eller på vörtbröd eller julknäcke. "Matlagning" för Pappa!

Cheddar och Cumberlandsås hör ihop.
